After completing his medical degree at the University of Colombo, Dr Iruka pursued specialised training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the United Kingdom. His dedication to women’s health has earned him recognition as a leading specialist in his field.
Dr Iruka delivers his services at St John of God Berwick Hospital, Mulgrave Private Hospital and Waverley Private Hospital. He also has a public consultant appointment with Monash Health.

If you’re considering, or trying, to fall pregnant soon, a pre-pregnancy appointment is a great place to start. We’ll discuss your current health and any conditions that may affect your pregnancy. During your first appointment we will discuss if your health screenings and immunisations are current and I will address any concerns you may have about your health and that of the baby.
