If you’re considering, or trying, to get pregnant soon, a pre-pregnancy appointment is a great place to start. We’ll discuss your current health and any conditions that may affect your pregnancy. During your first appointment we will discuss if your health screenings and immunisations are current and I can answer any questions you have on your mind.
Congratulations! Pregnancy is a highly exciting time for all parents. I like to see you as early as 8 weeks, so call the rooms and make your first appointment.
A low risk pregnancy, may include an easy and uncomplicated birth. But, you might have other plans, and so might your baby.
If you’d like to consider a VBAC, a vaginal twin delivery or breech birth - walk this way! Dr Iruka is here to support the birth that works best for you.
Remember, a caesaraen section birth is also highly personal, and we can talk about how meeting your baby is the most joyous moment.
